Dust Collectors - FB Model: FBK
Model FBK

Operation

The FBK dust collector is normally used where the material is blown into the dust collector from remote fans. Cyclonic separation section removes the heavy particulate from the air stream. The secondary filtration section then removes any fine particulate before the air is returned to the plant. A wide range of filter materials is available to suit various dust types and loadings. The collected material is then from the bottom of the dust collector into a baler, storage bin or other container depending on the customers requirements. The filtered air is returned to the customers plant which results in a considerable savings in energy costs.

Model FBK: Used mainly in the paper and corrugated box industry but also useful for other applications where large volumes of dust laden air have to be filtered. They are normally used for collecting waste materials from several pneumatic conveying systems and continuously discharging into a baler, a storage bin or another conveying system.
