Model MKF: This model with its compact, flexibile and efficient design is available in varying bin capacities and varying cfm capacities for very large applications. The advantage of this model is its huge bin capacities, for heavy dust loads.


  • Permits industrial plants to prevent air pollution while reclaiming heat (where allowed). Other profitable results are air pressure equalization in the building, reduction of fire hazard, cleanup cost and annoying drafts.
  • Rugged and reliable model available in many sizes. It is a highly efficient dust collector suitable for large or small capacity operations and waste volumes. The collector is available in square (S design) or rectangular (R design) configurations with various filter tube lengths. This makes it extremely flexible for selecting a suitable height for any application. A few sizing considerations are the cfm, the air-to-cloth ratio, on-site location, the type of dust and dust loadings to be filtered.
  • Heavy gauge galvanized, all welded construction, painted a standard colour finish coat (other colours available on request). The dust collector is pre-assembled at factory to enable quick on-site installation by others. It requires only a properly sized foundation or pad and a crane to set the dust collector in place. (Optional: knockdown design available. Please check with factory).
  • Can be designed for continuous discharge of waste materials, having no storage to very large storage capacities, using large gear driven sliding gates for the material discharge, facilitating easy disposal into tote box or dump truck. The continuous discharge design can be used for re-manufacturing processes, boiler feeding of burnable waste materials or relaying materials into another system.
  • Very effective shaker mechanism, which, when the filter tubes are deflated, loosens and allows the excess dust cake which has formed on the inside of the filter tube, to fall away thus maintaining a rated filtration efficiency by weight at over 99.9% as small as 1 micron (higher efficiencies available upon request). This effective filtration allows cleaned air to be recirculated within the plant (when allowable). The savings on heating and air-conditioning costs would be substantial.
